The Moon House
The Moon House reworks an existing villa through a clear, practical integration of architecture, interiors and landscape. A new pavilion extends towards the rear of the long suburban block, while considered replanning brings new life to the original home inside and out. Inefficient layouts were replaced to improve flow, create stronger connections and bring natural light into the home. Large sliding doors, north-facing openings and skylights draw natural light deep into the plan, linking new family-oriented areas directly with landscaping. The pool sits at the centre of the garden, tying the interior spaces to a series of outdoor zones for play and productive gardens. The result is a practical, flexible home designed to evolve with a growing family.
